our menu. Each frame undergoes steam bending and precise gluing for maximum strength. After
being sanded, they offer uniform and clean appearance.
To ensure quality, we rigorously stress test every frame to withstand the pressure of natural skin
without losing shape. You can store them in a dry place for extended periods. For those in humid
areas, we recommend storing them in boxes to maintain their pristine condition.
We inspect each frame before shipping, offering frame’s full value claim if any faults are found
after delivery. Shipping charges will not be claimed.
Our warranty covers claim until and during the mounting stage.
For any customer requiring wood fumigation certificate, we can provide it for a minimal extra
fee.
